The channel is made of a densely woven yet flat material that ensures the boning will stay in place and not poke through even after years of use. You can make easy yet sturdy one-layer corsets using this bone casing - just pin them where you want the boning channel to be and then sew neatly along both sides of the tape.
External width is 16 mm, internal width is 10 mm - ideal for 7 or 8mm plastic, flat or spiral steel boning.
