This silk ribbon is made of 100% natural silk. It is soft, light as a feather, and has a slight sheen that you’ll only find with real silk. We carry a range of bright hues and soft pastels, but if none of them is quite what you need, you can tint it with a silk or wool dye.
You’ll find uses for our silk ribbon in trimming garments, creating and decorating accessories (jewelry, evening bags, hair bands) or ribbon embroidery. It is suitable for use in historical costumes. We do not recommend it for corset lacing, however, as it is quite delicate.
The ribbon is 5 cm wide.
