If the term “regenerated cellulose fiber” leaves you scratching your head, believe us, we know where you’re coming from. And since we’ve always preferred purely natural fibers – silk and wool – we used to look askance at this odd little group ourselves. But cellulose, which is actually a natural raw material, is the building block for the very everyday material rayon. More importantly, it goes into a number of wonderful modern materials like lyocell, modal, and Eco Vero, which are not just nice to wear, but good to the environment too. To keep things simple, we call them eco rayons, even though that’s not a strictly technical term. We’d like to help you get to know these great fabrics and prove that they have a future.
